How do I 'restart' my Garmin Venu SQ?

Various posts suggest 'restarting' my device. OK, how do you do that?

Hold the upper button, and then tap the on/off icon on the display.

for a full restart, press and hold the upper button for about 20 seconds and the watch will turn itself off. Then turn it back on.
