Body battery not syncing between device and connect

I pulled out my Venu Sq to wear again, and since it had been a while I did a reset and then did the updates through Express. The body battery reset to a higher number, which I expected since I swapped devices, but the number from the Venu Sq isn't syncing in the app. The watch is in the 70s but the app is in the 20s from my other device. I set the Venu Sq as the preferred tracker and have restarted it.

Also, does the Stress level take time to adjust on a new device? It's significantly lower since I swapped. (I'm okay with that - I can pretend I'm relaxing Relaxed️)

  • Once you set it as your preferred tracker and sync again, the body battery should match the app.

    Do you have Physio true up turned on?  Stress between devices (unlike body battery) should sync up I think.

  • I did have true up on. It finally matched up later in the day. It took the new amount from the reset watch, not the other watch, but at least it matched. I enjoyed having a higher body battery for awhile anyway. Smile (it's been a stressful month)
