I am getting very frustrated with this issue.. i have a vivosmart 4 wrist band, a Forerunner 645 music and a Garmin Venu Square... I am an Happy Garmin user since 2007 but i really do not understand how this issue cannot still be fixed. Garmin Is a huge part of my personal Life and It helps me to collect all the training and lifestyle data and i have the maximum trust in your devices so i am a bit disappointed now.
After last update of the Venu Sq (three weeks ago bit It never worked since i received It at the beginning of June 2022) still the body battery value Is not properly registered in Garmin connect and i am not able to see It. (No issues with the other devices, ref to the picture and you can spot the gap along the day when i use the Venu Sq while along night the vivosmart 4 the body battery graph Is available).
So i really look forward to a feedback/solution.
