Blank watch face

I just got a new Garmen Venu SQ Music. It worked for a couple of weeks and not the screen is completely blank. I can tell it's connected to my phone as I get alerts. any idea? I tried to unpair, but not cannot pair again as I cannot see the number on the screen.

Try shutting it off by holding the A button for about 15-20 seconds. It should show its no longer connected to the app and the lights on the back should turn off.

I struggle with this too. but after a little while, it resolves itself automatically.
