Unknown alarm goes off, NOT one of my alarms (Venu Sq)

I have an alarm that will go off at random times and it is NOT one of my currently configured alarms.

• Goes off at random times each week (8:45pm on Tuesday / 7:45am on Saturday).

• This alarm is NOT one of the ones that I have setup in the App - thus I cannot delete it or modify it.

Note: This alarm has a label called "workout" - maybe it was created in the past...but again, can't delete or modify it.

Check the alarms on the watch itself by long press the A button and tapping on the orange alarm clock icon. You will see all of your manually created alarms. If you see the “workout” alarm, tap on it and scroll to delete.
