VERY frustrated. Venu Sq will not turn off, will not sync, the screen is glitching out. watch less then a year old. Bluetooth has been turned off and on.

Not happy with my watch. 
can’t turn it off, won’t sync, screen is glitching, can load a new face, activity won’t log, Bluetooth has been turned off and on. 
can’t turn it off to try that “fix.” Watch is less then a year old. Not happy with this product right now. 

  • Have you tried holding down the A button until it shuts down? (Different then using the power off icon.). This usually gets rid of any bugs in the system.

    If that doesn’t work try syncing via cable and garmin express.
