Is there a way to un-block app notifications from a particular app?

I am no longer receiving message or phone call notifications from Telegram, and I' not sure if it's the app's fault after he last update or if I accidentally blocked the app notifications and that's why.

Your watch will receive the same notifications as the phone. Are you receiving them on the phone? What kind of phone do you have? iPhone or android?

On Garmin Connect (I'm talking android phone), press the three lines at top left (hamburger menu), then Settings, then Notifications, then App Notifications. You should find your app there
