Loud haptic motor Venu SQ

I have my Garmin Venu SQ for one year now, and i like it, except for the fact that the haptic motor is very loud. It is easily hearable by everyone in a quiet room. Is my device broken, or is this normal?

Most people complain its too quiet lol. Check your settings on the watch with B button, system, vibration, there should be a high, medium, low and off choice.

Haha, interesting. I use the low settings, and even then, when i'm in a meeting and I get a notification, nearly everyone can hear it. When I use the alarm at high mode, it is really, really loud.
