Garmin screen

I Just changed the language with the app Garmin and when I associated the Watch this Is what happened (look the photo)

I canno't exit from this and it's since 3 p.m that Is this Imagine.

Hi, It needs to do an update. If it doesn’t complete on its own then you need to plug it via the charging cable into a PC and install Garmin Express (If you haven’t already).

I have not the possibility to turn off the Watch because no one Key works
