Cant control music on spotify phone from watch

Are you using the Spotify widget to play Spotify through ear phones? Or are you playing Spotify on your phone from your watch?  There is a separate music player widget for that.

Im using spotify with my phone and im trying to use my watch to skip songs for example but it doesnt work 

Are you using the actual music player widget like this one?  I don’t have the music version but my understanding is you have separate widgets for playing Spotify from the watch and this one shown here is the generic player which maybe you need to use?  I can’t help much, sorry.

So if I understand right ? there is two widgets to play music ? I dont understand 

Hold down the B button, go to settings, then Widgets, scroll down to “add more”, see if there is a music widget to add.  It will be different then using the music provider I think.  Since that isn’t working for you, hopefully that’s an option.

The only one I have there is the same one im alrdy trying to use and fail :(

Does the forward and backward and other functions work with other music apps on your phone?

I actually dont know becuase I use only spotify for music so I have no idea , the only way to make it work is to change in the setting - music provider - phone . Then I can use it to skip music when im using spotify on my phone . If I want to use the skip and back for my watch spotify offline I need to go to setting - music provider - spotify 

IS THIS THE ONLY WAY ?
