Cycling activity

My Venu Sq does not save my activity as a cycling activity. This happens on longer rides, when we stop for coffee and I pause. When I continue on my ride it does not record as an activity. It shows on my history but it does not upload as an activity. It will show on history, the ride, the km and the time. But it won't sync and it does not read it as an activity. It won't allow me to upload the file manually as it does not support the file (on the garmin watch).

Hi, How long are you pausing for coffee? When you pause, it will automatically save your activity after 15 minutes and then you either have to stop the save by hitting the back button or let it save and start another cycling activity when you start again.

Try syncing with Garmin Express on a pc and see if the activity file then syncs. If it doesn’t, you can manually upload the .fit file from the Garmin/Activity folder into Garmin Express and after that it should sync with your phone.
