I could be wrong, but I believe it's not possible to delete all of your activities at once directly from the Venu SQ, only one at a time. You can easily do it by connecting…
The non-music edition has very limited memory (~2Mb compared to the 2Gb on the music edition). Ive resorted to just ignoring the message, and every now and then clearing as much as possible to do software upgrades manually :-(
Next time Ill get the music edition.
