I could be wrong, but I believe it's not possible to delete all of your activities at once directly from the Venu SQ, only one at a time. You can easily do it by connecting…

It is possible from the watch and really easy when you know how. Hold bottom right hand button for 3 secs. Then go to history. Then select options. Then select delete all activities. They will remain in the garmin connect app

The non-music edition has very limited memory (~2Mb compared to the 2Gb on the music edition). Ive resorted to just ignoring the message, and every now and then clearing as much as possible to do software upgrades manually :-(

Next time Ill get the music edition.
