Garmin pay - re-enter PIN

First time when I pay I must enter the PIN, it is OK. But when I want to pay later I must enter the PIN again. All the time I am not taking off my Venu sq.

Do you have any idea why it is happening?

No, mine works fine. Whenever I run into weird glitches like that though I do restart the watch by holding down the A button for 15 seconds past the emergency notification then I restart it.

I have this problem from 2.40 to 2.70 system version. Maybe it could be problem with sensor setting. Which sensor/function is important for hand detect?
