Daily Alarm - turn on and off

Once I have set an alarm on my watch, is it always on? Can I turn it off without deleting the alarm?

Yes you can turn the alarm off, if not needed. I've done it before.

I am interested in something similar. Sometimes I wake up before the alarm and I wonder if I could prevent it for that day without necessarily delete or update the alarm set.

Can you tell me how I could do this?

You won’t clear the alarm set but you will have to toggle it back on at night.

Long press A button, tap on orange alarm icon, tap the toggle button on your daily alarm to off. Make sure to turn it back on that night though using the same process.
