Since 2.7 update, i can not get any vigorous activity minutes

i just did a orange theory class with 41 splat points and an average heart rate of 149 bpm. i was in the red zone for 17 minutes... i got zero intensity minutes and 34 moderate minutes. what? i was exercising hard for an hour.

i have gotten low intensity minutes and no vigorous minutes for 5 days. i exercise every day. this makes no sense.

yet another thing on garmin which doesnt work right.

i am so close to getting a real fitness watch. you guys have no concern for your software. it is nonsense top to bottom. a mess. the user interface, the organization, the bugs, the server interaction. the user experience is complete garbage.

i work hard for my intensity minutes. it has helped me exercise more. now it is useless. that was the most important feature.

UPDATE: i reset the watch to factory and after redoing all the settings i am now getting vigorous minutes again. i saw this in another forum. i shouldnt need to do that but i am glad it worked.

i wish i could still get those lost minutes. i dont understand why if garmin has all my heart rate data in the cloud why they cant just use that data to calculate my minutes.

i wish garmin would do this in general. if i change the ending or starting time of an activity it should AUTOMATICALLY adjust the summary of data based on the new times. it will not do this. the time changes are useless. you have all my data, garmin? why not apply the new times and recalculate based on that? sometimes we forget to start of end an activity at the right time. should be easy. come on programmers!
