Not able to sync data from Venu Sq to Garmin Connect Apps

Hello,

I'm unable to sync data from Venu Sq to Garmin Connect Apps into my Iphone after I reset the default setting yesterday.

The software for my device, connect app and IOS has been updated to the latest version.

I tried to add, remove, restart both of my device and Iphone multiple times follow the instructions provided in support.garmin. However, it won't work at all.

Besides this, my device not able to record the sleep track.

Anyone has faced the same issues?

Is there any solutions to solve this issue?

Hello! Are you getting any sort of error? Are you removing from both the app and Bluetooth settings? Then power both devices off and on. Put the watch in pair mode first then add to the app only.

I remove the device from connect app, then add it back, turn off and on bluetooth, turn on background app refresh and pair it again. Follow the steps search in support.garmin. The device and connect app able to pair and connect, but it not able to sync the data and activities from device to connect apps. I tried to press the sync button from both device and connect app, the sync button just keep turn around but it can't complete the sync process.

Can you try with both turning off the Wifi and with cellular data?

I managed to sync the data from the device to garmin connect app after I deleted all the activities and data in my device and reset the default setting.
