Different options in Strength workouts - what is each for?

I do workout videos that combine strength and cardio (in HIIT, interval or tabata styles), and I need an activity setting for this that requires little to no input from me during the workout, and just tracks heart rate and calories.  I looked in Cardio and Strength workouts to see what I could copy and add.  Nothing fits the bill in Cardio.  In Strength, does anyone know how each of Intervals, Circuits, Train and Class options functions?  Would any of them meet my needs, or am I stuck pressing buttons a bunch of times between exercises?
