Heart rate with daily activity.

I just got my first smart watch (Venu sq music) two days ago and I've noticed that while it tells me my "resting" heart rate is in the 60s, when I look at it throughout the day while I'm doing just daily things almost always in the 90s-115 range, and in the 80s if I'm sitting.  Is this typical for your heart while you're, like, walking through your yard or house?  I have no idea what to expect!

For context I'm definitely not in the best shape (although I'm hoping to get that under control) and I'm a female in my mid thirties.  I did get an EKG recently and the doctor told me he wished everyone's looked that good.  (I'm waiting on a holter monitor because I think I'm getting palpitations, possibly from a thyroid that occasionally gets uppity). I'm NOT looking for medical advice, just wondering what others' experience is for comparisons.  And yes I'm already seeing a doctor for the above issues.

Thanks!
