I have just bought my Venu SQ Music in 24 Oct 2020. It has been 7 months until 25th May 2021, the unit has been working well and no issue at all.
I never drop my Garmin so far, but I found that the touchscreen suddenly did not work at all on 26th May 2021. Anyone has experienced the same issue here?
I visited the service center and they explained me that none of Garmin unit is repairable, so if the unit is broken then we must buy the new one unless it is still under warranty.
I run regularly once a week and do cycling once a week as well.
I personally think that Garmin not so cheap for a fitness tracker but if it is not repairable then assuming the lifespan of the unit is only 7 months, am i only able to wear it for 2 years 7 month for each Garmin unit that costed me $199? (the guy explained that i will get free replacement if it is still under 2 years warranty)
If so, then i will think twice to buy higher end product of Garmin
