Why does my Venu Sq constantly go dark and the only thing to fix it is a hard restart?

Every now and then my watches screen will get very dim despite me having it on the highest setting. It will only resolve itself by restarting it or plugging it in. It's so dark you cant do anything with it. I've had it about 3 weeks and it's happened about 5 times. Almost always while in the middle of an event.

Hello! Can you reset the device to defaults then if you experience this we may want to look into warranty options.

I've had to hard reset it twice and reset it back to factory settings once or twice and only 3 weeks. It also went to a black screen in which I had to plug it in and then hard factory reset it twice as well. I'm hoping it's a bad watch and not that this watch has major issues. I will contact garmin in the morning to look at warranty it out for a replacement.
