Updates not working

I've had several notifications on my venu sq for the update but it would just cycle through the update screen and then show the watch like normal, no update. I've tried manual and same thing. This morning it notified me and did restart but then said updated to 2.50, which I was on already. 

I know I can try updating through the computer/USB but I won't have access to that for awhile. Is there a way to make it update with the app?

  • Hello! It should just update through the app. You can sync the device and then hold the power button for 45 seconds ignoring power of soft resetting the device. Then unpair and repair the device to the app. If the device is still not accepting the update, I would encourage you to do so through Express. You can try to reset the device to defaults and try again. If you should have further issues, please tag me so I can look further into this for you!
