My walks/run/activities are showing on my Garmin but not on my app

I have had my Garmin Venu Sq since Christmas and it has been working fine. Just this week I’ve noticed that my walks/run/activities that I have saved are showing on my Garmin still but not on the app. The app is definitely syncing as it is showing my correct steps - can anyone else advise what I can do to sort this?

Hello! Can I have you sync with Garmin Express on your computer to see if that will help sync these activities with Garmin Connect?

Could be an indication that you've logged in with a second account - Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing

Or you have a corrupt file on your device. Try a manual upload to Garmin Connect to see if that is the case - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. In that case, please zip the file then attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.
