This means that a custom IQ app (probably a watchface) has crashed.

Hello! You can generally, power off the watch then back on or sync with Garmin Express and this should correct it!

Soft reboot: hold down the A button for about 15 seconds until it powers off (past the emergency notifications). Press A button to power back on.
