Watch faces with stress?

Does anyone know of other watch faces that include the current stress level? So far I haven't found any that offer that particular metric.

Also, is there any way to remove the custom watch faces? I uploaded a picture to the IQ app and added the watch face to my Venu Sq, but when I removed it from the app it stayed on my tracker with no way to remove.

Hi there! I do not have any recommendations for a watch face but as for the watch faces not uninstalling. Plug your watch into the computer and sync with Garmin Express it will remove after that.

Hi, You can select a different watch face from the SQ itself until the other one is gone by long pressing the B button and going to watch faces.

The watch faces that come with the watch are customizable and you can select stress in one of the data fields. On the SQ in watch faces, tap on the pencil icon at the bottom of one of the faces you like or tap the + button to add a watch face. There are 4 different on-board styles (though I think it comes pre-loaded with 2 or 3 of them already set) and you can select analog, digital, as well as different colors for the numbers or time markers. If you select or create a digital face there are 3 data fields and if you select an analog face there are four data fields. You can scroll up and down for each data field and select what you want to see in it with stress being one of them.

I'm glad you like it!

But you have remember about battery draining in case of app and widget when watch run in high power and I can't optimise anything. So normally I use watch face (it is optimise for all day working, glance view etc) and if something is "wrong" I go to widget/app because it allow to see stress in longer period.

there are few watch faces with heart rate, so you can use these, and try to understand what is your normal heart rate, so you’ll know when it is higher - you are more stressed…
