My Venus SQ is 2 days old; brand new. After 1 day of full charge, battery drained down to 20% and I only recorded an hour walk activity. I downloaded one face on IQ store the day before. Now, watch is stuck with charging icon, refusing to turn on, and is actually not charging despite pretending to be (been plugged in for almost 4 hours now and still wont turn on). I get the blue triangle for a second every now n then when I re-plug the charging cable, then back to "charging" icon. Cant get it connected it to Garmin Express to try hard reset (because it wont turn on so software on PC not detecting it), and I cant turn the watch on to hard reset from within the watch. Really stuck here. Any help? Thanks,
