venu sq : swim inaccurate data captured - # laps and style

just went for a swim; and the # of laps reported by Venu SQ was 15; i actually did 10 only

the pool length was set accurately at 50m.

It also didn't track my swim style - i did not switch mid swim nor stop.

Surprised that this is happening with a Garmin;

Anyone else faced this too? i saw similar issues with other models.

interesting read; will see if it improves;

i was immature to assume these basic tracking would just work on a Garmin....
