Have tried everything but can’t get my Venu SQ to pair with my iPhone?

I have tried every troubleshooting tip I can find but still can not get my brand new Venu SQ to pair with my iPhone 11. It just will not recognize that it.

Assume you are using the Garmin Connect Mobile for iOS? These steps and video seems to be the most helpful to fix this issue.

Remove Venu SQ from Garmin Connect App (More > Garmin Devices)
"Forget" Venu SQ in iPhone settings > Bluetooth
Reboot iPhone, restart Venu SQ
Put the Venu SQ in pairing mode - Turning Bluetooth Pairing Mode on for a Venu Watch | Venu® Sq | Garmin Support
Pair using Garmin Connect
