What's the TRAIN activity on venu sq?

Does anyone know what's the TRAIN activity on venu sq? Does it have to do with training plans or training workouts?

I don’t see a TRAIN activity on the Venu sq itself. Garmin Connect has a training menu that allows you to download workouts, training plans, courses and segments to your watch though.

Thanks! I see it on my watch as the activity after Navigate.

If you create a new training activity they will appear on your watch which is nice
