Vector 3 firmware seems stuck on 3.60

my pedals appear to be stuck saying they are up to date on firmware version 3.60 on both the Garmin connect website and also the app on my phone.

I am running the latest version of the app on android.

I can see in the forum that the latest firmware is 3.80, anyone else got this issue or know how to fix it?

Try placing this file in the Garmin\RemoteSW folder

Do you have a Garmin Edge or watch? If so what model

I have an Edge 530, it says that the firmware is up to date despite the rest saying that the version is 3.60.

Sorry for being picky, I'm not in the habit taking a random file and applying it without knowing what it does :-)

what is that file and what will it do?

also are you Garmin support or is this just something you've done before?

not doubting your solution just trying to get an idea of level of risk.

That file is the Vector 3.80 software build. The Edge when it communicates with your pedal should offer to update the pedals. This is something I have done before, but I'm not Garmin support.
