Hi Garmin,
The right pedal from the Garmin vector 3 came loose from the cartridge as schown below in the picture during a longer ride. So i had ro ride several hours with the pedals before I got home.
Deu to the extension of pedal I think this caused issuis for the piece connecting the battery to the pedal (seconde picture). It did not turn freely and the plastic got grinded away around where the screws are supposed to hold it in place.
At home after removing the battery cape al components fell out. And the damaged part is a bit bend, so it is now impossible to return the parts back in, in a way where the pedals spins freely.
The pedals are from June 2020, what can i do now? Is there a replacement part available and how do i make sure the pedal does leave the cartridge?
