Vector 3s on Spinning bike

Hi,

I know that Vector 3 pedals connect to Zwift and I'm primarily considering them for that but I'm confused about how they'd work with other indoor cycling. I currently track spinning sessions via a Vivoactive 3 plus a cadence sensor and then view all the data in Garmin Connect. I don't necessarily need live data during the activity so could Vector pedals be used in a similar way to what I'm using now? To be clear, I don't have a Garmin Edge of any description and I can't find and info about getting the data from the pedals to the Connect app other than through Edge (or via 3rd parties like Zwift).

Hi VickyL,

I use my Vectors wirking with my fenix6 without any Problems. I cannot say if they will work with your Vivoactive 3. Maybe ask in the Vivoactive-Forum if it has Powermeter-Support.

The VA3 does not support any types of power meters. You will need a multisport watch or an edge device to record the activity. You can pair it with zwift as a Bluetooth device.
