I thought this might be useful to identify what battery doors you have. 1 is the original ones, 2 is the first update, 3 is the most recent update.
Unfortunately for Garmin there are first class and second class countries. As for me, and this CODI-19 crisis will teach us many things and one of them will be to value what is done in each country, or…
I understand you, that's why I find very hard to buy other garmin products in the future. I will use what I have until it dies.
I received my new battery cover on Friday and tested it on Saturday. Everything is great and no more broken connections.
Arrived today.
I was thrilled when the new battery door design was announced. Would this finally get rid of the "Right Power Sensor Missing" issues that occur despite fiddling around with baby oil and other ridiculous workarounds? Received the new battery doors today and installed them right away. First notification after reinstalling the pedals and firing up my Edge 830: "Right Power Sensor Missing". I'm ready to throw in the towel...
Did you install the new PCB board too?
Yes, I did.
Hei Roger, you got then new one from Garmin directly or you have to order it? takk Tom
Hello, I received the email for the change. on the other hand I only received a cover while I have two pedals ....
I had to order it. If you are a registered user of vector 3 in Garmin Connect you will get an email from Garmin with a discount code for Garmin Webshop.
yep, I am having them on garmin.com pages below my account, so let's wait if I get the mail from them. Takk
edit: I add to garmin connect mobile app as well
I received the new version battery doors and pcb today. Will try tomorrow or the next day to see if they fix the Right Pedal Sensor Missing crap.
Anyone tried the new doors yet have any feedback?
