Look cleats on the Vector 3

Hi guys,

I have got the Vector 3 pedals.

In affixing the Garmin cleats on my shoes it seems that I dont have enough range of reach. This is causing pain in the ankles.

Does anyone know if the compatible Look cleat range has more leeway when screwing onto the shoes?

Thanks in advance

  • It's unclear to me exactly what limitation you are experiencing. Can you post a photograph of your cleat installation and describe where the cleats are limiting the available range? The red Exustar cleats that Garmin provides, have a similar amount of lateral float that the medium-range Look cleats do; but it is necessary with each of them, to ensure the cleat is properly positioned on the shoe so that you get adequate float to each side.

  • The Look Keo cleats work perfectly. I’ve never even installed the red ones that came with my Vector  pedals
