L/R Torque Effectiveness and Pedal smoothness

Hi - I've just completed my first ride with my Vector 3's. Need some assistance on understanding some of the cycling dynamics data. Particularly Torque Effectiveness and Pedal Smoothness. The data reported in Connect shows:

89% L / 0% R
L/R Torque Effectiveness

14% L / 0% R
L/R Pedal Smoothness

Why is the R side 0%? Is something not working or and I misunderstanding something?

I'm using the FITSDK from www.thisisant.com. The FITSDK allows you to unpack the FIT file to a CSV format.

Did you have power from the right side, what does the power balance value look like for the ride? Can you post the FIT activity file for this ride?

Here you you (attached in ZIP file) and yes I got power from both sides.

Currently you are only getting TE/PS data through from the left side and that message is very infrequent. Are the pedals currently paired with your phone? If so remove them from GCM.

There is a newer Vector 3 software build 3.60 Your pedals are currently on build 3.50). Try updating the pedals to 3.60. After the update that can be done either via the Edge or GCM, make sure that the Vector pedals are removed from GCM.

ok thanks - they are not paired with my phone, only with my Edge 1030. Will get them updated and test again.

FYI how are you viewing the data to determine that right side messages are not getting through?
