Hi. I have paired my V3 with my iphone, but is there any ios app that can read live data from the pedals during workout like a bike computer app or something?
I already have a Fenix 5X plus and I use it on my bike with Garmin's own rubber bracket. Works fine, but would have been nice to use an app on my phone as well. Bigger screen, etc. But this is not a big issue. Just wondered since V3 is already connected to the phone. Should be possible to make an app for it.
I will check when I get home but wouldn't any app that can display power use the data from the V3 though Bluetooth? I havent tried it since I have an Edge 1030 but Zwift on AppleTV used the V3 just fine for power. I am going to try the Wahoo App and see
The Wahoo Fitness app registered power on my iPhone with the V3s connected via Bluetooth. The forum is being finicky so I cant upload a picture but, sure as heck, the app connected to the pedals and showed power.
I downloaded Wahoo Fitness and tried to find sensors. No luck. In settings on my iphone I can see that V3 is connected, but Wahoo does not find them. Tried with and without GC running in the background. How did you manage to connect? What iphone? ios versjon?
I am using iPhone X with iOS 12.1.4 A couple of things to check... Make sure you have turned off any other device that you may have connected the V3s with since you can only make 1 Bluetooth connection. Turn Bluetooth on and Off on your phone If you are able to connect to your V3s using the GC app on your iPhone then you are already paired and should be ready to go. Mine is called Vector 3 BLE
