I’ve just changed batteries on my Vector 3s pedal and there are no lights coming on? Both batteries are new and facing the same way, with non writing side visible in cap. New battery door fitted.
Have you tried taking them out and putting them back in? If the pedals worked before they should work again unless the "new" batteries are dead. Maybe try putting the old ones in as a control and see what happens. For what it is worth mine powered right back up when I changed my batteries a week ago
