Ive had so many problems with my vector 3 pedals its hard to know where to start. Initially I had all the usual dropout and right pedal missing issues. Sometimes they seemed to work, then they wouldn't. I changed the battery compartments and initially they were OK, but it was just another phase in the cycle of issues. Garmin promised to replace them under a RMA back in May but there were none in stock. A few weeks later and there were still none in stock and I never heard anything else. In the meantime, they then went though a better phase but for the last month or so the issues have been getting worse. At the moment they sometimes flash red and green (update code) and now won't connect to my edge 1000. About 3 months ago they did connect but they wouldn't calibrate but I made the mistake of removing the senor to see if I could get them to calibrate after reconnecting because the data wasn't right. They will connect and can be seen on ANT and BT on my phone and my garmin 1000 picks up other devices such as HRM and Trainer. All devices have the latest firmware and I've restarted, reset and unpaired etc all devices. I'll try again with Garmin but it takes so long to get anywhere and they have me doing pointlessly obvious things everytime so in the meantime, any ideas how to solve this latest issue?
I've tried everything I can find and it appears my main issue at the moment is the pedals won't go into pairing mode, then if I get them into it, they won't calibrate. They do however seem to be send data out as I can pick them up with a phone app. (however this data is incorrect in that its far too low).
