Resetting power data, FTP etc after duff readings

After experiencing the same rubbish as a lot of other people (dropouts, spikes, missing right pedal etc), a combination of the following: latest firmware, new battery doors, using a single cell battery = now several weeks and tens of rides later I seem to have a working and dare I say reliable power meter at last!

This is the first power meter I’ve used, therefore all the power data within my Garming Connect account, and presumably sync’d through to Strava, is from my Vector 3’s. Trouble is, I guess this is mostly inaccurate and great exaggerated data as a byproduct of the faulty data previously being spat out by the pedals. So my question to those that understand these things better than I currently do: within my Garmin Connect account / my Edge 1000 / my Fenix 3 / my Strava account, what do I need to manually reset/zero so as I can start again with a valid power baseline?
