New Issue - Pedals now wont turn... Garmin wont respond!

So, I saw very little battery issues apart from poor battery life. Which I can kind of deal with.
They had a hissy the other day, but I'd just received the new doors so popped them in.
Today I get the battery warning light... maybe 20-30 hours in? Well thats rubbish.

However, the right pedal has now partially seized to the axle. If you undo the battery holder and back off the battery terminal they spin free (only re greased a week ago so thats fine, torqued correctly on rebuild). It seems the pedal body has started to shift off of the metal internals. I cant work out if its press fit or threaded in, but either way, they now dont spin.
Take them off and there enough tension that you can barely turn them by hand.

So Come on garmin, whats the issue this time?

It sounds like the pedal body has undone slightly from the cartridge. Look at the inside edge of the pedal body, is it flush to the cartridge edge? Compare it to the other pedal.

If it has undone slightly then please contact customer support and they will get you a new pedal body.

I have contacted customer support and had no response at all, hence the post here.
What you are suggesting is exactly what has happened, but if they don’t reply how does it get fixed?

I have taken them back to a local bike shop along with a complaint.
I had 5 sets of V1 and now V3 is also performing poorly.

    Great work Garmin!
