One new Battery Cap for TWO Pedals

Hey Guys,
i have the Vector 3 sinde 2 months and the same massive connection problems like many others here.

So i contacted the support and they replied very quick with a solution - NEW Battery CAP

so far so good - but i only recieved ONE Cap - for the left Pedal - is the RIGHT Cap the better constructed????????????????

Why i only need to change one cap - most of the time the error is "missing RIGHT Peda!?"

they should have sent 2, ask them for another one, I did.

I have since been told by Garmin support UK, that the reason they sent me one door for a dual system, is that only the right pedal is implicated, and I should try it and let them know if issues continue. This is both illogical and at variance with garmins own service advisory!

Sorry for the confusion Andy. The info is not accurate. I have reached out to the team to make sure they are sending another door to you and continue to send two doors to customers that have full Vector 3 systems.

Thank you Shawn, I have since received an email apology from them together with, later in the day, a UPS notification that a parcel from Garmin will be delivered tomorrow! I will miss the 4kw peak power though.... :D

Well, here was me worrying that when I finally received my doors from Garmin they'd have only sent one of the them instead of 2, and they turned up this morning in two padded envelopes, all 4 of them!
