The Vector 3 pedal firmware appears to be conflicting with the CM-2000 camera recording data from its paired sensors. You can pair the vectors to the camera but the camera then drops data and can lock up when you start recording. Maybe a lower priority issue but can we add to the fix list please. The camera is fine when using my 4iiii PM.
This sounds like it should go on a Shimano forum as the pedals broadcast using the ANT+ Bicycle Power profile. I doubt there is anything Garmin can do on this.
Yes I understand your thinking but the camera side remains unchanged and was working prior to firmware version 3.0 which maybe points towards a conflict relating to the Bluetooth implementation. The camera is also Bluetooth enabled. It’s a problem.
So is the camera paired to the pedals over ANT+ or BLE? Either way I don't think there is much Garmin can do. Does the camera produce any kind of error log? What does Shimano say about the issue?
No its all ant+ pairing. Something is interupting the sensors. Could well be a shimano issue I agree but no support there! Thanks for your thoughts anyway.
