L/R Balance. Is it right ?

Just went for a 4.5 mile ride with a Stages left only and Vector 3 attached to 2 head units

43% L / 57% R L/R Balance [TABLE]

[/TABLE]

This just doesn't make sense to me. I would expect the Stages to be less not more. How can this be verified ?

Do you have the fit files from the 2 head units that you can post?

Looking better today but had 100 - 0 Left Sensor errors in the power Meter About section on my Edge 1000 , what does that mean ? Here are the 2 Fit files from today's ride.

When cadence is zero which means no power I noticed that the L/R power will be 100%/0% which i think is normals so check if you are pedaling where you see those.

As you ride, the system uses accelerometer data to estimate the crank length. If that estimate is substantially different than your actual cranklength setting, it will report "error 100" to the head unit, but it's intended as a status indication rather than an actual error. Vector will still use the crank length setting you gave it from the Edge regardless of this indication.

Today I had 48/52 balance over a 26 mile ride. Avg power Vectors 208W , Stages 199W. These figures do make sense , however the figures from my first post don't.

As a previous Stages user, I have to ask, when did you calibrate your stages? First ride, before the ride? 2nd time also? Did temperature significantly change during the ride?

I always calibrate before a ride. It was only 4.5 miles so I don't think there was a temp change. I think the vector was playing up.
