So many problems with the Vector 3

Ok. Apologies for posting this in its own thread but I can't seem to get help by posting each problem in the existing threads. I have MULTIPLE problems with the Vectors I started using just last week with a grand total of three rides.

Here's the list.

1. Missing right sensor
a. Happened intermittently during the first ride using default software 2.3. Switching activity screens seemed to fix temporarily.
b. Installed firmware version 3.0 - Made the issue worse! Now the right pedal would pair with the left then the edge would immediately display that the right sensor is disconnected/missing.
c. Despite multiple attempts with replacing the battery, wrapping these in teflon tape, Rebooting the pedals, the Edge, dabs of sewing oil. The right pedals do not pair anymore with the left. When spun, the right pedal just displays a single red flash while the left just flashes three greens then a red.

2. Dropouts and Spikes
a. Happened for the first time today Apr 1. - I got fed up with the right pedal and decided to go Vector 3s and ride with just the left sensor. I got a 1,400+ watt power reading mid ride and towards the end, the power and cadence readings disappeared completely.
b. No low battery warnings encountered and the pedals would be detected by the Edge when I got home.
c. I have the FIT file but the site says it's too large to upload at 282kb

3. Update to Beta 3.15
a. Using an Edge 1000 with fw 14.70, I extracted the GCD file into RemoteSW. Upon waking up the pedals, update won't run. Attempted removing then adding the sensor but same results.
b. settings FIT file attached.
c. No manual 'Install' option is displayed when the GCD file is inside REmoteSW, but once removed, the Edge displays the 'search for new software' option

Escalated this via web/email and got a response from Garmin Taiwan that this may be software related and that a new firmware update is on the way. I also escalated to the Philippine distributor NAVCO who requested to check the pedal physically. While I have yet to discuss RMA or repair terms with the local distributor, I can't afford to lose these pedals without a replacement for any period of time beyond a week as these are the only pedals i have having sold the old ones to compensate for the expense of the Vectors.

On top of it all, i just broke the o-ring on the right pedal with all the troubleshooting steps I attempted.

As with many others, the Vector 3 may as well represent the most expensive piece of equipment i got from Garmin. It is extremely disappointing for a product this expensive to have this many problems.

Help please.
