Any news on this? Considering that the last version disabled the cycling dynamics (I am using a 920xt), I would appreciate an upgrade soon... Also hoping it will fix some of the other issues...
I would be completely happy if they just came up with a way to roll the firmware back to the previous one that worked as expected. Really sick of waiting to get the prodcuct (hopefully) back to the way it was before. Is it really that hard to do that? :( I work in IT industry, we always have back out plans for software updates in case something doesn't work as we expect when we deploy it, or we can almost always correct it within a day.
Anyone with any news at all on this? The complete silence is a bit worrying...
I've been trying to talk to customer service to get help with various issues including questions regarding software bugs and updates, but I am sad to say that Garmin's customer service (Sweden) is the worst I have ever been in contact with. They lack basic knowledge of the products, I had to spend five minutes explaining that the current version of the software was not released in December - once I had finally convinced the person I was talking to that you were actually supposed to be able to update the pedals firmware via bluetooth. To make matters worse the person I was talking to substituted his lack of competence with being up front rude. And has not returned with promised answers within the time frame I was given.
