Vector 3 Cannot Sync with Garmin Connect iOS

I cannot connect Vector 3 with Garmin Connect iOS. It showed that cannot found my vector 3 after i filled its ID (no. on right pedal). But it can sync with my 920xt for training normally.

For Vector 3, the left pedal is the system master, so you should enter the ID etched onto the left pedal when you try to pair with it.
