What is the purpose of the Cycling Dynamics toggle in the GC app?
I've been using the Vector 3 with a FR920XT for a few rides, and it captured all the Cycling Dynamic data, as far as I can tell. When I finally paired the Vector with Garmin Connect, I noticed this toggle switch in the device settings. It was turned off. I turned it on and did another ride yesterday. The amount of data shown in Garmin Connect seems to be exactly the same as before.
