Vector 3 cleat issue?!

Supposedly Look Keo compatible, right, but I cant get the grey keo cleats to clip in, but the black ones work?!

Anyone else had similar problems?
Or why this could even be an issue?

I use the same gray Look Keo on two pair shoes, with no issues.

Are they on the same shoes? If your shoe curvature doesn't match the cleats very well they can warp a bit when installed.

Different shoes.
Worth trying I guess to see if its just the shoes.
