Initial First Ride Power Numbers After Bike Swap.

Most of my rides are "first rides" as I am swapping pedals between my dedicated indoor bike and one of my outdoor bikes 2 to 3 times each week. Does anybody have any experience as to how long it takes for Vector 3 to settle into their "normal long term consistent power numbers"?
  • The best approach is:
    - Take the time to clean the pedal threads and mounting faces of the cranks and spindles of any debris. Accumulated grit and dirt will wear things out and compromise the power recording.
    - Thread the spindles in by hand and then torque the spindles up *snugly* (i.e. a little tighter is better than looser). If you have a torque wrench handy, that can help to be consistent but it's not absolutely required for good power measurements.
    - Do a zero offset calibration at this point.
    - Do another zero offset calibration after 10-15 minutes warmup including at least one hard effort.
