On my second ride with the Vector 3, failed to get a power reading. All sensors were powered on as usual power meter connected and prompted for a calibration which was successful. Started my ride and was not getting any power reading and my edge remote quit working as well I stopped to check the pedals and the LED'S were alternating green and red on both pedals i know the manual states this is a software update but my pedals already had 2.30 installed on them. Anyone else seen this? Is there other stuff that could have been transferring? After rebooting my Edge 820 and starting over I was able to complete my second ride with the vector 3's
Stopped 20 minutes into my trainer ride to turn on my fan when I went to get back going noticed I had flashing green and red lights on both pedals again :( Looks like another call to Garmin Support.
Not seeing any error codes or mismatched software, but tonight when I paired the pedals the batteries are reporting low and then they report fine. when you wake up the pedals it pairs right away but 10-15 seconds after the left pedal disconnects and the right flashes three green light looks like it's trying to find the left pedal.
Went through a whole host of things the Garmin Tech wanted me to try, unpair everything, remove vector 3 from all accounts, remove batteries for at least 5 minutes, remove all IQ apps from the Edge 820 and then set everything back up. After repairing the pedals to my Iphone the left pedal still will only stay connected for about 15 seconds then the right pedal goes into search mode you can rotate the crank 1/2 turn and it pairs right back up but 10-15 seconds later it drops out. :(
