do You have Android13 on your phone?
you have to upgrade the H9 firmware with the Polar Flow or Polar Beat app to the latest, it is a known bug (H9 and H10) with older firmwares.
Thank you for your help. I did it. To update, I had to find a phone with old Android and update it there via Polar Flow
and now is it working with Tacx App already as it should?
